I was disappointed with the first window regulator that I recieved. It just didn't seem to fit "perfect". However, it worked and that is what I expected. What I did not expect was for it to fail after only a couple days of use. The company was VERY responsive and sent me a replacement quickly and a shipping label for the faulty unit. The replacement actually seemed like it was better quality and the fit was better. It is working like new !!
I am very happy with the company's customer service and how quickly they took care of my problem. I would definitely order parts from this company again.

When my window would not open or close I went on the internet to find a window regulator. This one came up through Amazon, a site I trust, and I purchased it. My mechanic installed it for $100. The dealer wanted $600 for both, need I say more? Works great, arrived quickly, everything was as it should be. I am VERY HAPPY!
